For our second-to-last program of our spring meetings, we enjoyed a presentation about famous Swedish mathematicians and their impact by SVEA 253 member and Secretary Judy McBride! We learned about Anders Celcius, Magnus Gosta Mittag-Leffler, Erik Ivan Fredholm, Niels Fabian Helge von Koch, Lennart Carleson and Lars Valter Hormander.
We also had our original charter on display for everyone to take a look at.
Join us in May for our inaugural "Sitting with SVEA Members" program where we'll hear from longtime Annette Johansson about her life and connections to Sweden! The program will be recorded for the VASA Archives.
