Get to Know Jim Lindgren!

For our third year in a row, our May cultural program was a live, recorded interview with a longtime SVEA Lodge 253 member about their life and connections to Sweden and the lodge. This year's interviewee was Jim Lindgren, who has been a member for 30 years! Jim grew up in a suburb of Illinois with Swedish parents, grandparents and great-grandparents. During his childhood and youth, many relatives from Sweden visited his mother and grandparents, and Jim visited Sweden in 1970, 1994, 2004 and 2024.
